It's official. It was mentioned that the work on NCAA is done. Gone beta. No more bug testing.

Re: News from Gamespot webcast

Don't worry right now (3:35 pm PST) they're going through a producer interview for Nascar. Football to follow.

The beginning was just taking a tour of their studios. No real game info yet.

Transcript of NCAA Producer Q&A (as best as I could do - typing and listening)

How do NCaa and madden teams work together and how come some stuff is in both games - like minicamps?
THere are differences - we deal with how is it different. No stealing from madden, we invent our own ideas featurewise like HFA.

How far away online franchises are?
We tried that a few years ago on Madden PC. PRoblems- communication problems with people - leagues fall apart. But we are looking to do things like that.

Multi player seasons?
Some reply about "in the future"

Forgot question.
Answer - Dynamic player ratings - from composure. Program integrity - academic and team rule trouble. discipline points can be budgeted to take corrective action. Keep the NCAA off your back. No bowl games, TV games, death penalty.

How many teams?
120+, lots of teams.

Question about West Virginia's stadium - are the extra seats added (or something like that)?
West Virginia's stadiums are updated. Lighting changed. Other stadiums updated too. We spend lots of time with the visuals. Playing in a stadium at different times of the day will look different.

This is all that there was.
