Option Based I/Gun Offense

Over at Nutopia, I've been playing in an OD with a bunch of guys, and the QB accuracy 5 sliders we have makes the game SUPER sim. Through one season, it seems the only unstoppable offense are the option teams - spread & flex bone. My idea is to mesh my love of the West Coast/Air Raid with option principles.

The Sets:
I Form Tight
I Form Normal
I Form Twins
I Form Y Trips
I Form Slot
Maryland I Wide
Maryland I Tight
Gun Split
Gun Split Twins
Gun Split Y Flex
Gun Split Slot
Gun Ace
Gun Ace Twins
Gun Twin TE Slot
Gun Normal
Gun Trio HB Weak
Gun Wing Trips HB Weak
Gun Empty Spread

Scheme:
Mesh pro style runs with option runs like Tom Osborne's Nebraska teams. Add in some Air Raid staples like Shallow Cross, Stick, & Y Cross. Use screens & option runs to keep the D on their toes. Then, kill them with pro style runs and downfield play action passes.

I've been trying to install some type of I-Bone scheme for a dynasty, but I've noticed that, on the triple option, the tight end usually does a weird pull inside, clogging up the play and rendering it ineffective. Does this happen to you, and do you know of a way around this (other than flipping the play)?
