every game i play its cold and not the right time of day how do i change this?

I have an xbox,but even if you have a ps2 or gamecube I assume you do it at the same screen.The screen I'm referring to is the one that comes up after you select your teams and they show a map of the U.S.,you right click the analog to "preview stadium" and it will give you weather and time of day options.

Before you actually pick the teams, click the right analog stick down and you can change time of day and temp.
