Today is that first big Saturday in college football. However, there is always a small voice in my head on this day which makes me look at my Xbox One wishing to push that button and fire up the new NCAA Football game. I remember years of watching College Gameday and games themselves, along side of playing the video game.

I can only imagine the four team playoff, atmosphere, and graphics of a new game. I dream of this day each year, however I do not look forward to that little voice reminding me of what could be. Maybe someday NCAA Football will return, and I will still enjoy today. I just wish that joy included the game I long for. Please return from the depths NCAA Football so that true college football joy can be realized once again!

Not that its fair, but can you jusy imagine the sheer amount of hate mail Ed O'Bannon must get.

He takes soo much blame for the end of all college sports video games
