Which dynasty mode is your opinion is better? 14 or 06?

Would like to hear everyone’s thoughts. Both have their pros and cons. 06’s mode is more in-depth, but older. 14 has more features, but has a little to be desired. Please post which one you like better and why.

I've seen your blog and Indiana series before. Have a few questions about 06 dynasty.
1. Is there coaching changes?
2. Do teams ever change conferences, besides the user teams?
3. How does progression work? Is there potential?
4. Don't most teams play 11 games instead of the tradition 12 now a days?
5. How is create-a-school? I wanted to created some Big East basketball schools in the game, such as Creighton and Marquette.

Never played this game (I had 07 as a kid as a Christmas gift, and literally played it until it broke a few years ago), but from what I'm watching gameplay looks really fluid! Are there offensive concepts that aren't in the game besides read option?

4. Both
5. It's deep but it depends on what you want out of it.
6. 06 os better than 07 because the new features in 07 practically break the game.
7. Your concepts question is very open-ended but I can run any offense I want in 06. My blog and YouTube channel can answer alot of your questions as well as show you how deep you can make the schemes work.

How exactly do coaching changes work? I don’t think there’s coordinators. Will say a coach like PJ Fleck make a move up to a bigger school? Are there firings and hiring?

Only head coaches. The only coaching changes involve you taking a job and another CPU coach takes your old one. Not as deep as 14 obviously.

Prospects have a potential rating, higher the rating the quicker a player improves over time. Playing time impacts this as well.

I've never seen a team change conferences unless I was controlling it.

Right, but the game has to fill the spot you just left which is usually a FCS coach that takes the job.
