Getting and Giving up sacks

Would post in slider forum, but seem it has dwindled a bit, can anyone help me , i give up a bunch and sacks plus im getting a bunch of sacks a game had 10 one game , what slider adjustment need to be reworked so this wont happen so much.
Pass block or rush defense kinda confused ,

My defense is 83 overall btw

You could up the pass block slider, but the AI is a culprit too.

Something I do that helps, is I create playbooks for the CPU that don't have Slip Screen or 4 verts plays in them, and use a second controller to assign them to the CPU for the game. They run those two plays far too often on 3rd and long situations, they're very predictable, and easy to cover and that results in a ton of sacks - so I just get rid of them. It makes the game much more challenging when the CPU calls better plays

It's a bit vague, as it can really depend on your play style.

Do you blitz a lot? That can get you tons of sacks. Some of the highest blitzing teams only do so like 35% of the time. Most blitz under 25%

Passing... are you getting rid of the ball quick? Do you run a lot of deep/slow developing passes?

Most conservative offense , some quick screen and slant plays. I have notice my LT and center are fairly young
