My first thought was "good gravy, SI needs to improve their website." It's 2020 and the thing works like one giant, unorganized pop up ad.

That being said, good article and I'm glad people are fighting the NCAA on this. The article spells it out perfectly. The NCAA is playing games, they're actions don't match their words. Their words say "We are allowing NIL" but their actions are doing everything to avoid it without flat out saying so.
