IMPORTANT REMINDER ON CREATING ACCURATE DEPTH CHARTS WITH HISTORIC TEAMS

I learned this the hard way.

Make sure if you are creating a historic team that you put all of the starters replacing guys that are listed as QB1 or RB1 or LT1, etc.

Because there is no option to change it later on teambuilder and when you download the team, the game will start the player listed in that slot..REGARDLESS OF HIS OVERALL RATING.

For example...I have Brad Lester in the RB1 spot on my Auburn 2004 roster, even though RB2 and RB3, Carnell and Ronnie Brown, are both rated much much higher. Because of this..when I play with the team in the game, Brad Lester is starting over Carnell and Ronnie.

This should probably be stickied so that others don't make the same tedious mistake.

Just edit the Depth Chart in the game

That works but if you create more than one team you'd have to edit ALL the depth charts everytime you start a new dynasty.

I already named my players, so I don't know who was who.

He made the 2004 Auburn Tigers team, not all time Auburn.
