Change player positions from a team imported from TeamBuilder?

in game, go to depth chart and change them... they will get a massive awareness hit, but if you are determined to play someone somewhere, you can

as for dynasty, other than in the depth chart, youd have to wait until after season 1 to alter positions, when it comes up in off-season
