Are the neutral site stadiums 50/50 for the crowd if you want to use one for your team?

It was said in the Q&A thread that the new neutral site stadiums (M&T, Met Life and Soldier Field) are not split 50/50 but all the others still are.

i dont want to start a thread and also cant find the answer but is there a way to fix the blurry logos and the blurry endzone text for teambuilder teams?

Thank you because before i even created my new teambuilder team, i searched this forum first because i want my university of Chicago bears (Cheesy i know) to play in soldier field because i love seeing the stadium with snow and at night. Plus i love having stadiums with snow in general.
