Year 1: Promised to go .500, went 7-9 (not a bad turnaround from 1-15)

Year 2: Promised to go .500, went 7-9 (expected to maybe get fired due to no progression and not making promise)

Year 3: Promised play-offs, went 4-12 and approval was in the 20's

I fully expected to be fired at the end of year 3, but the owner asked me to stick around. Think he's a little soft on the inside?

Wow....going on 4 seasons. You have got to be simming those games. I've had the game since day 1 and have just got to the 14th week.

I simmed one with the lions, went 1 and 15 and he let me stay. My approval was like 8. This got me kinda curious what it would take to get fired so I tried again. 2 and 14, got fired. and then once more. 1 and 15, kept my job. I guess 1 win is better than 2 in the lions minds

it depends what team you are, your owners personality, team expectations, etc.

Like i had 5 approval for the falcons and the coach let me stay. ( I promised 3 wins - had 2)

But i had like 30 once for the dolphins and they fired me ( i promised to make the playoffs - I didn't)
