Infinite Timeouts?

I usually watch the game and allow the coordinator's to call the plays but when I am down I sometimes call the the offensive plays myself. Since I added the patch I have noticed that whenever I take over and call timeout in the 4th quarter it never takes away the timeout on the board and so I now get unlimited timeouts. Has anyone else had this happen?

the only odd thing i have seen in regards to timeouts is if i call a timeout with the back button....the clipboard item will remain for several plays even if i have none left....if i click the clipboard item, however, nothing happens
