Water drop next to players face?

Im in my career right now and next to some players faces is a little water drop icon. Can someone please tell me what this is? thanks.

fatigued mate

they need a rest make them inactive for your next practice will help
or if they are really banged up set them as inactive for the game

Ok thanks, how do I set them inactive? just put them lower on the depth chart?

In the Health and Fatigue section. You can select a player and put them as inactive. Once you do this, they will sit out the next practice or game, depending on which comes next on the schedule.
