Pasqualoni lock philosophies?

I desperately need a new linebackers coach and this guy is the best of the options and from what i understand from reading these boards is hes pretty damned good anyway. My defensive coordinator is Mangini and I have him nearly maxed out so no need to consider pasqualoni for my DC.

the raiders, chargers, dolphins, redskins and bills are all looking to hire him but I'm not sure what kind of control I should give up to be able to get him. My LB philosophy is 3-4 pass rusher/blitzer and 3-4 MLB/blitzer, has anyone hired him that could tell me if he would lock or change these?

Have you considered getting Mike Katkavage? He's a FA LBC who is available the 1st offseason, and is really the best LBC you can ever get. He goes to 5 in almost all the regular skills and developmental skills. His only weaknesss is the fact he will leave your team after about 3 years once he gets built up.

As far as Pasqualoni, I will usually give up any sort of control except position philosophy. I checked his coach profile and he has Run Stopper for OLB and Coverage/ Speed for MLB. If you choose to surrender control of position philosophy to him, it's entirely likely he'll change to those philosophies.
