Things that I think the patch NEEDS to cover and should be able to:
- CPU not signing players 80+ and 80+ FAs not showing up in first year. I don't know why they intentionally limited the basic functionality of the game by doing this, but it should definitely be fixed.
- Complicated roster management and not being able to trade minor leaguers.* From what I've heard, roster management is overly difficult, and simple jobs like calling players up are complicated and don't work well.
- Any know bugs should be fixed.

Is this true? I heard somewhere (i think here actually) that minor leaguers can't be traded in franchise.
It should be noted that while I don't have the game, if the above issues were fixed in a patch, or even if we were told that a patch would be forthcoming with some details as to what the patch included (so long as the above issues are something that will be fixed), then I would buy this game. I'm sure there are some others that are also in this boat, and that 2k could get some more sales, especially with Christmas coming up, if they could get their act together and come out with a decent patch. It would also do a lot for gamer loyalty, and influence sales of 2k10.
