This seemed to be his never ending project/hobby which all he did was provide update after update. Look....it's a lot of work... we get it. But if you're going to announce something and act like it's going to be for community sharing and never share it....then, what is it, actually?

Totally agree. It's our trailer culture of thinking everything from a Holllywood film to a freaking kickstarter campaign needs a teaser trailer. You can't show video after video for months and not expect people to ask, ok, is it ready or not?
There are so many "concept trailers" of upcoming games with bad jpgs turned into montages, etc. I just don't get what you're doing. This one looks like someone is actually working on it, so... ok... are you hoping to finish this one day? Is it a personal project? There was a guy who claimed to have created tons of players in NHL17 for classic teams. Great wonderful, you spent tons of time doing that but you can't share it because there's no file sharing in 17. So why are you sharing the screen images?

This video is from DJ Neos NHL 2K11 project . You can play it with the Wii version of the game via Dolphin Emulator on your PC. Neo spent and still spends tons of time into this. He made everything by himself like throwback jerseys, all time rosters, original ads in the stadiums, refined the graphics, lightning..... it‘s awesome. There are always new updates coming

Yes, we know that. What we're saying is that there are several videos for a project that never gets released. Then the person disappears for a while and doesn't reply to questions about the project. So, what purpose do all these videos serve? That's all we're saying.
