Are there any markings on the game cases or the discs themselves? I might be interested in picking up this bundle and flipping the games as new.

Unfortunately, tomb raider is a download, and halo is marked "not for individual sale" on the box art.

That exact bundle is on sale on Black Friday for $189...May have to trade in my old 20gb and use the gift card to buy the new one for $89...

Yeah, actually I think the bf one has darksiders 2 and arkham city I believe in addition to tomb raider and halo.

I would do the same except I took mine apart a while back to clean it as I was getting the over heat lights. After cleaning it I've had zero problems.

Anyways if the factory seal is broken they consider it "non working"..

When I called bb customer service, the guy said anything that came with the console, so hd and controller included. But in reading a thread on slickdeals, it sounds like some people were getting away with not handing over the hd and the clerk would just ring it in as an arcade model, that seems to be a grey area where it might just come down to what store you take it to and who is behind the counter. The guy who took mine said he just had to check that it was working and hadnt been opened, but I gave them the hd and controller up front

Might wanna try and trade it in anyway if you still have the original packaging box lying around. Just got back from trading in my 60GB PS3 which I had packed up in the box it came in. The guy didn't even bother opening my box. Could have stuffed a brick in there and he wouldn't have known. I had the controller, wires, etc. all in there anyway but he just took my word for it.
