I loved Injustice on PS3, but haven't been following 2 for some reason. I mained Green Arrow, especially after the Arrow tv outfit was out.

I'm trying to decide which system to buy the game on.

XB1 - I have a fightstick (Killer Instinct TE), can't play games without one, however I would have to use the controller or buy a fightstick if I bought it on PS4, where most of my friends are and will get the game on.

PS4 - I have the PS4 PRO, have they announced any benefits for it on this system? Benefit for this system would be friends and PRO if anything is different on it.

All games are now optimized for the Pro.

Not all PS4 games have a Pro Mode, but I understand there is now a boost mode that would help some games with framerate? It wouldn't do anything for Injustice since it is a locked 60FPS.

Luckily, Injustice 2 does have a Pro Mode. My understanding is that it runs at 1440p and has improved shadows, motion blurs, and textures over the regular PS4 version.

All games made now, and going forward, do have a Pro mode. Boost mode is just for older games. I don't know what, if anything, having a Pro mode will do for Injustice 2 though, as I cannot find any information on it.

Pro Mode isn't a requirement so some games may skip doing a pro mode with actual enhancements. I remember there being some complaints about Yooka Laylee launching without pro support, and I've seen some mention of a few japanese games released this year lacking meaningful pro support.

Edit: It looks like Prey also launched without pro support, but might be getting a patch for it?

So then I might be leaning xB since I have a fight stick if pro isn't adding much to the game if anything.. .hmm.
