I'm really liking the game so far, looking forward to the full game optimized for the next gen consoles.

I have watched several hours of gameplay and im all in. Just need to see what the post launch roadmap is so I can decide if im buying the base game on disc or the gold edition digitally.

Instead of just watching it, why not play the demo. You don't need anything extra, just a web browser.

Was going to but then I realized I had a small problem - I don't have a controller. LMAO. I am literally console/gaming free until November 10th so I just have to wait until the game releases in December.

Ok, you can play with keyboard and mouse and I think smart phone touch screen controls but both methods suck to me, lol. Luckily I was able to play with my Bluetooth Xbox controller.

I'm not even going to attempt either. LOL. It's all good though. It's a guaranteed pre-order. Just waiting to see the post launch expansions and roadmap before deciding Disc base game or Digital gold edition.

The issues they point out dont seem to be things that I'll have an issue with. Everything doesn't need to be super complicated, grind-y or reinvent the wheel. Sounds like a solid game for the most part and suffers from not being BotW or Assassin's Creed in some people minds. I'm on board now and will hit that download button on the 3rd.

So after seeing another gameplay video I went ahead and pre-ordered just so I can have it loaded and ready. If the counter is correct I'll be able to start playing at 10pm EST tonight. That should give me a bit of time to play and see if I made the right call.
