Would Boxing count? Maybe another Fight Night? And it's more of a motorsport but maybe an off-road racing game.

I do not have a niche sport but a niche gaming class. Which would be a fully dedicated RPG Sporting game. The think the show does a decent job and NCAA 12 has a great start with starting you in high school. But I feel there could be more to this genre where you start in hiugh school, create your guy. Workout, do practices, skill challenges, etc....but just alot more variety. NCAA comes the closet but everything gets repetitive because it is only a feature of a bigger game. To me this could be its own stand alone product. At least to me it is.

A mountain biking/downhill game in the spirit of early Trials games. Gritty and muddy with simple yet responsive controls. A free roam mode online would be nice

I haven't seen anyone mention it yet but I would love a good dirt track racing game with Modified's, B-Mods, Late Models, Factory stock, and sprint cars.

If you have a PlayStation 2 or a backwards compatible PlayStation 3, there's always Downhill Domination, which was made by the same team that did Twisted Metal: Black and Warhawk, and is basically SSX with mountain bikes.
