My resolution is to break the habit of coasting in neutral in my car (MT).

I understand the dangers of it (regarding road safety, not vehicular damage) though I'm never really doing it in such situations per se, but learning it doesn't save gas and could in fact use more gas is a good enough reason for me.

I'm going to cut my sugar intake this year. The past year I've drank more soda than I have in my entire life. Having a baby made me turn to that for caffeine. Coffee gives me an upset stomach if I drink too much so I am going to look towards tea for that.

Just sugar in general from soda and fast food needs to go from my diet.
