I have searched the internet and havent found an answer. So will it work? Every time i try and play it says insert the disc and of course its in there. I just want to konw if there is a way to fix this.

I have Win7 and I use it still, but not to play the game, just for a sim league. (mlbcsimleague.com)

I don't have the insert CD problem. I'll PM you to see if I can help.
