PES 2011 Newbie - What Licenses ?

I'm new to PES but plan on picking it up this year on the 360. It looked fantastic in the E3 preview and I am really looking for a change of pace to FIFA's AI.

What official teams/leagues does PES have the license to? Can you create and trade your own creations or is that only on the PC? Can you setup a World Cup or MLS season?

PES has the official UEFA Champions league license and this year will add the Copa Libertadores license, so we'll have some official South American clubs and possibly the 5 Mexican clubs that were invited also.

IMO, PES is best on PS3 or PC. The ability to create and share option files is much easier than on 360. And yes, you can create MLS or play an "International Cup" (it's the world cup without the official name. You can rename it though)
