why PES is even last year leaps and bounds better than FIFA. I am a diehard FIFA fan and I was quick to praise FIFA last year. I do not know how to post VIDs with PES, but I would show two videos one of Robben the other of Diego.

i am Robben and the CPU is Diego... separate moments, but same point... and its about dribbling. you do not have to press some extra button or use the right analog stick at the right time... it just has both players making tiny, but highly skilled moves with the ball in order to get around the defender.

in fifa i was never able to beat the CPU (or get beaten) unless SPRINT or some 360 ronaldo style skill was used. but in PES dribbling actually matters... skill and speed.

i cannot wait for PES 11

PES captures the 1 vs 1 matchup much better than it's counterpart.

I hope that these basic moves are still capable of being performed by a flick of the left-stick.

I agree. I just started palying PES 2010 again after palying Fifa 10 and the WC game and stil does a lot of things better than Fifa. If they fix the animations which it looks like they will for PES 2011 they may get back to where they were before. I will not be getting Fifa 11 and will only get PES this year.
