Will Konami update rosters after transfer window?

Most likely yes, they usually do it every year. And I wouldn't be too excited about Konami releasing the update because the usually miss a couple of transfers or mess something up.

Now that the January transfer window is closed, when can we expect an update? Also, will downloading their roster update erase any edited data we have? Such as face scans, face builds, etc.

Update probably will be out towards the end of February (3rd/4th week).

Unless a player is removed from the roster altogether, you probably won't lose any edited appearance details, either.
