I don't know but you could create an European account and download the game in their store (at least it works on PSN).

Last year, two demos were released before the game came out. Funny thing is -- and there was quite a bit of talk about it on other PES boards -- the gameplay got worse from demo 1 to demo 2, and then from demo 2 to the game itself. So take this demo-release announcement with a grain of salt, would be my suggestion. There's a good chance the gameplay in the demo won't in many ways resemble the final product.
