PES "Career mode" question from FIFA guy

Since licenses are short in supply in PES I am wondering how i t works when playing Serie A in PES 13 career mode (or what it is called)?

For example, can you get relegated to Serie B?
Since Serie A is licensed in PES I guess that the starting rosters are OK but will it fill up with generic players bought from around the world as the seasons pass?

My main concern is can you simulate the Serie A in a good way in PES 13?

The above concerns the Xbox 360 version.

I'm pretty sure almost all the major leagues in the world are licensed except the premier league, plus you then have individual teams and things like that. I've never played it but I assume it'd be something like FIFA and it wouldn't fill up with generic players.

Since they don't have a license for Serie B you technically can't get relegated there. Having said that you can get relegated but you would have to make up Serie B with various teams unless you get an Option file that includes Serie B. I know there were ones for the PC last year not sure about the 360. Hope that helps

Yes there are, Daymos with the help of others over at pesgaming usually makes one every year but I haven't seen him include the Serie B. However he does include the Bumdesliga and Second division for the England league.
