PES 2016 Editing and Images Import

If you've seen the 16 minutes gameplay video on ign, you probably went crazy hearing that you can import images to the ps4, and create any kit you want, and if you haven't, well go nuts, because PES 2016 WILL feature images import, therefore you'll be able to fully create the Premier League, Bundesliga and so on.
This is by far my favorite feature in PES 2016, and konami just sold another copy.
Whether or not option files will come to the PS4, I don't know, I stopped watching the video when Bhatti said you can import images, so if it's coming back, please post a reply saying it is. If not, don't bother, I will be crying in the corner.
Edit: Also emblems are importable, and Bhatti said something about templates to the kits which sounds AMAZING, still nothing on option files.

Yes, this year we can use the same edited shirts that are used on PC patches!

Even if we don't the fact that we can add the kits in the way they are presented will make it really simple, time consuming but simple.

I'd love to have a way to share roster files like NBA 2K does or have a Creation Center-like website like FIFA had. My dream would be that there's unlimited slots to the amount of leagues that could be created and have the freedom to link them like having League A as the second division of League B or the top 3 teams of League C would qualify to the Champions League group stage, unfortunately I don't see any of this happening.

Please have a roster sharing option like NCAA had EA Locker or how College Hoops and NBA has 2K Share.
