Can you create custom tournaments for national teams in 17? If so what is the max number of teams? Can you do a league and knockout or just knockout? Im thinking of making the switch from FIFA and this will decide it for me. Thanks!

You can do World Cup format as well as just knockout. These are the settings;

FIFA World Cup, Euro, Copa América and so forth are also available where you can pick and choose which teams are present.
