They just announced it on ESPN. The DA is not filing charges.

I figured charges would be filed but, oh well.

As a Raiders fan, is this a good thing? Is Cable a long term commodity?

I'm pretty sure there are a lot of articles bashing Jamarcus lol. I don't tend to pay too much attention to what ESPN reports though. The only reason I watched Sportscenter today was to find out about Cable. All I care about is what happens on the field. Jamarcus looks like he's getting better S L O W L Y but he looks like he's getting better nonetheless.
