recently i was reading on how the detriot lions were strongly considering taking Deon not barry sanders in the 1989 draft until wayne fontes convinced the front office to agree on drafting barry. here is the ultimate scenario that develops if Deion not Barry sanders gets selected with that number three pick.

atlanta takes Donnel wolford with the 5th pick in the draft. Barry sanders falls to the pitsburgh steelers at the number 7 overall pick.
Sanders helps the steelers win at least 1 more superbowl than they did in the 90's shatters the rushing records and retires at age 33.

This is my prediction of what would have went down whats yours?

Just kidding I couldn't resist. I'm dating myself, but years ago one of the Tigers ( I think Alan Trammell) wore a jersey for several innings with Detroit misspelled as "Detriot" on it. Finally one of the coaches noticed and he changed.

Hm, interesting it seem like on grass he was human. Or is that -1 yard at candlestick all world or that playoff game against the Packers on grass too all world.

I loved the guy, but turf is what made him a beast. On grass it is harder to make those cuts he always made.
