Week 15: Packers @ Steelers
Two of the biggest fanbases in the league will be in the same building as the Packers come into Heinz Field riding a 5 game win streak while Pittsburgh is coming off a huge, embarassing loss to the Browns and are currently riding a 5 game losing streak.

Packers by 15+....
If the last home game at Heinz Field is any sign, the stadium will be pretty empty or filled with a good many Packer fans. I could go to the game this weekend, but decided against it. Too many other things I've got going on. -
Re: Week 15: Packers @ Steelers
I don't know. I want the Packers to storm into the playoffs and knock Favre out of it so I won't be overly upset if they win. I wouldn't expect an easy day though, if the Steelers actually show up something resembling passion they can absolutely win this game. Don't forget that while they lost to the dregs of the league they also beat a few good teams like the Chargers, the Vikings, and the Broncos....and a couple of those wins were pretty dominant.
If the Steelers win it'll have to be because of defensive scheme. The matchups are not favorable for the Steelers with Troy missing. The Packers are capable of throwing for alot of yards, and the Steelers secondary has been exposed without Troy. Lebeau's going to have to cook something good up. And we're going to have to get good penetration on the pass rush.
Steelers will also have to minimize frequent mistakes that have plagued us this year such as dropped balls, blown ST coverages, missed tackles, missed blocking assignments, and red zone turnovers by BR.Comment

Re: Week 15: Packers @ Steelers
What's the weather forecast for Sunday because I know they're forecasting alot of snow here all day Saturday and I know Pittsburgh is like a 4-5 hr drive from DC so I didn't know if it would be just as bad up there like it's supposed to be down here.#RespectTheCultureComment

If Troy is out the defense might as well not even show up. Trying to unleash hell in december is a little harder than It looks It seems.Originally posted by WatsonTigerOne out of 7 billion, and we still tagged your ***.Comment

I think Tomlin learned his lesson with the "unleash hell in December" quote. He's still a young coach and his learning curve is high. IMO, Tomlin needs to talk less and act more. He's been a lot of hot air recently.Comment

Troy is definitely out. The earliest I heard he could return is the last week of the season. IMO, they should keep him out all year....not need to risk any other issues.

Re: Week 15: Packers @ Steelers
According to the inside scouting reports, the Steelers offensive line is not very good and the secondary is exploitable.
The way I see the Steelers wining is that LeBeau throws everything he has against the Packers. The Packers have Kevin Greene, Darren Parry and Capers as defensive coaches so those coaches have been trying to prepare the Packers offense on what LeBeau might bring.Comment

Re: Week 15: Packers @ Steelers
I could've told you that without the scouting reports. It's a completely different secondary without Troy in there. As for the line, i've been getting a chuckle out of people saying this year that the line had been redeemed or whatever. Yeah they were improved over the atrocity they were last year...but they are still horrible, among the worst units in hte league, and a complete liability. Thankfully, we'll be in a position to draft a good one this year without having to trade up.Comment

If I was the GM of the steelers I'd draft a a safety probably more than a corner in the 1st round just because, Troy means so much to that defense. In case he went down next year at least they would have some better talent to replace him even though he's IMO irreplacable.Originally posted by WatsonTigerOne out of 7 billion, and we still tagged your ***.Comment
