Unless he plays there for another 5 years or they win a Superbowl while he's there, no one will remember it.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

The Jets are poised to be a SB team for at least the next couple years so yes, people will remember this. I don't know how well he'll do but it'll be interesting to see how he's used there.

I think he can play the Kevin Faulk role for the Jets offense

That bum is amazing- he's absolutely the unsung hero of the Patriots offense. He's bailed Brady out on numerous occasions.

Tomlinson is IMHO one of the best receiving tailbacks in NFL history and I think he's going to, at worst, be a weapon on 3rd down. He'll also have the advantage of running behind what is arguably the best O-lines in the NFL.

Once the Jets are in the Redzone just give It to Tomlinson and watch him work. Doesn't really matter if there is good blocking or not, he just finds a way to get closer or in endzone. That was one of the few things I loved about LT last year besides hardly ever fumbling. Redzone I'd still expect LT to do work or score If he got the ball in his hands.

I'm not sure If that is how they'll use him(probably more than that) but, I heard he is another option for that goal line.

Thank you NY for keeping him out of the NFC North.
