Week 4: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Houston Texans

Houston looking to bounce back. Steelers are tough but in shambles right now. Mendenhall isn't playing well, the OL is broken, and they struggled to beat the lowly (weird) Colts last week.

I expect a good, tight game. Six points either way.

Houston by 10. I don't like this matchup from the Steelers perspective.

The individual matchups don't look good for Pitt.

Who's going to block Smith and Watt up front? Then you have Williams and Cushing providing the pressure from their LB spots. Yup, good luck Ben. Mendy will be doing his usual "dancing with the stars" imitation, so that should be fun.

On D, A.Smith is done. I expect the trend to continue. Double Hampton, and run at Smith and Hood all day. Winters and Myers should have their way run blocking. Expect Tate/Foster to have a really good day running. If Schaub can buy some time, which should happen, expect Daniels and Casey to be busy underneath. And just throw to wherever Gay, Lewis, and McFadden are, you'll find instant success. Hopefully Ike can at least slow down Johnson a little.

I'm hoping for the best, but expecting a loss.

This matchup looks too good for Houston, which means the Steelers will win. It'll be the statement game that rights the ship for them.

I really don't like this game for the Steelers. The Texans might set a sack record, the Steelers offensive line can't get much worse, Ben is going to have to play a brilliant game. The defensive line seems very average, Aaron Smith has just had too much injuries and Farrior and Foote rotating at linebacker are more of a liability these days then anything. Steelers are going to need to force some turnovers, something they aren't great at doing.

Don't worry about the Steelers forcing turnovers. Schaub is good for at least one awful throw a game that turns into a pick.

You should watch more of Bryant "12 yard cushion" McFadden and William "5 yards behind the receiver" Gay.
