I was watching the Alabama LSU game last night and I kept thinking to my self wow, that would have been a flag in the NFL. It felt good to watch a game not flag infested, not having to look for a flag on every qb hit, or defended pass. Seems as if the refs in NCAA football dont throw the flag unless they are sure its a foul, unlike the NFL who throw flags if they think its a foul, and the NFL seems to hold/throw flags on star players.

And their challege system is better too, if u seen the LSU Alabama game last night, u remember how quick they made a decision on the interception for LSU, if that was the NFL if would have taken 5-10min for a decision.

Dont get me wrong, I enjoy the NFL over college football, but how flag infested the game is becoming is slowley turning me off.

You obviously didn't watch the Michigan/Iowa game.

I don't really buy this. There's been a ton of home cookin' calls when an SEC is at home against a non SEC team.

NFL officiating is far and away better and more consistent.

The problem is they are too good at over officiating the things they are being told to over officiate.

I think part of that has to do with how the league instructs their officials. A good example is the new protocols in regards to concussions. The league is asking their officials to tell coaches to have players evaluated on the sidelines if they feel that a player has a serious head injury.

It's tough enough officiating a game but playing amateur doctor too? YIKES!

That was what my poorly worded post was attempting to point out.
