So in this season, we have blown leads of 12 or more in the 4th quarter 3 times, I believe that is one more than we have in our history, and now that. -___-
That just shows how shameful the Cowboys defense can be at times.

Yeah, if the Cowboys do lose this game, I think the defense will be their undoing. We simply don't have many good players back there, particularly in the secondary.

Other than the 2 losses to Detroit and New York, although I can also put some blame on the defense there, they have been to blame, even when we win.

They are ridiculously bad on 3rd downs, take terrible penalties, (even against NY, i.e. offside on Ware, although that call was meh) extremely AWFUL in coverage, and, save for 3 guys, tackle poorly.

Also, I lost count on how many times guys are looking around pre-snap. That is all on Rob. He has this fascination with be a guru.

EDIT: Also Chooe, I wouldn't mind a complete overhaul on defense save for Ware, Raitliff, Lee, and Scandrick.

I'm right there with you. I think that logistically, the overhaul has to happen over several years, but we need to start getting new blood in here.

I think we can start by reworking our linebackers wholesale; I think the contracts for Bradie James, Keith Brooking, and Anthony Spencer all expire this offseason. If I were running things, I think next year I'd slot Lee and Carter to start inside, and then add some guys for depth via the draft (I'm thinking a second-round choice, and a third-day choice as well), as well as one for-depth free agent signing.

I just hope we dont have any random brainfarts in the secondary like we did in the last Cowboy game. Without those two glaring ones, that first game isn't even close. (We also got lucky on the Austin play at the end).

And I wouldnt mind if the offense woke up.

And I know that Muggins isnt talking about crapfest divisions.

I'm sticking with my pick of the Giants to make the Super Bowl, so of course I'll pick them in this one.

I'm a Giants fan and I knew that it somehow would come down to this...I'm gonna repeat what I said before these 2 teams met the first time.

The Giants play better against Dallas in Dallas and vice versa. If you look at the records since the new stadiums have gone up, you will agree. I also know that these teams will split the 2 games against another.

If you look at Dallas in these types of games, they often choke. This game is similar to the 44-6 debacle against Philly in '08. Now the year after they got over the Philly hump beating them for the East and then in the Wild Card, but they haven't gotten past the next hump which is to the title game.

The Giants are no better in those same situations. They also lost to Philly last year to miss out of the playoffs in a game they could have won. The G-Men have been on the second-half slide for as long as I can remember, with the lone exception being the Super Bowl year.

Now even with Romo being hurt, but able to play, I have a bad feeling my Giants will fall in the finale. They don't play well against Dallas at home and I feel that Romo will be the "miracle worker," and it will be his defining moment of leading the Cowboys to the NFC East title with basically a broken hand.

I hope it doesn't happen and my Giants beatdown the 'Boys but I know how my team plays and this is just one of those games that I don't feel good about, much like the Seahawks game and the Eagles - Vick game this year.

I can say though that the winner of this game might be the spoiler and go to the Super Bowl...Dallas because the would avenge the Detroit loss (if they play them) and is a good match-up against Green Bay or New Orleans. The Giants would do so just like their Super Bowl year and defeat all the teams that beat them in the regular season (NO, GB, SF).

Final Prediction
Cowboys 33
Giants 27
