Week 6: New Orleans Saints (5-0) @ New England Patriots (4-1)

4:25 Eastern on Fox.

New England's defense has played extremely well all year. Expecting that trend to continue even with a banged up defensive line. I think we give up yards, but hold New Orleans to under 28 points.

New Orleans should still be able to pick up a large chunk of yards through the air. Brees loves going to his running backs and tight ends in the passing game. Something I can see him having great success doing against us.

This should be the first game New England has almost all of their offensive weapons on the field at once. Not expecting any significant improvements from previous weeks just yet. Though, having Gronkowski, Amedola, Ridley, and Collie on the field at once will be nice to see.

In the end New England hangs around long enough to lead you do believe there is a chance they win, but come up short in the end. Losing by a touchdown and a field goal.

Gronkowski, and Amendola back in the line up? Maybe we'll see another 51-48 barn-burner?

Just kidding, really doubt we'll see that high scoring of a game as both of these Defenses have been really respectable this season but with these two QBs you never know.

Really hard to pick a winner in this one Brady/Belichick are nearly unbeatable at Home especially coming off a loss. While since 2009 the Saints are 23-11 on the Road, good enough for the league's best mark. Patriots are getting most of their Offensive weapons back, and the Saints are playing very disciplined, fundamentally solid football through all three stages of the game which is in part while they are still undefeated.

Can't pick a winner as of now, but regardless should be a fantastic game.

If the Saints win this game, they truly are SB contenders. Stopping Gronk and Amendola will be key, and the Pats are steaming after that loss in Cincy. They hardly lose 2 straight, and will be coming out angry. I see the Saints winning by 3. Brees vs Brady will be so much fun to watch.

Can't believe I have to root for the Saints here.

I think the key word here is "disciplined" and thats the type of football that the Saints are playing right now. They aren't going out trying to put up gaudy numbers on offense and are adapting to whatever opposing defenses are willing to give them. Amendola in his limited playing time has not been that impressive and this is Gronk's first game back so I don't necessarily see him having the impact he would at 100%. I've got the Saints in this one.

Even though it probably won't happen, I really want to see a repeat of the last time the Saints played the Patriots.

Oh, I think it could happen.
(Uh oh, I think I'm starting to get too cocky)

Seriously, let's just get the win.

Saints wearing black pants and the game is outdoors. Thankfully, it's on turf, so give me Patriots by 10.
