Packers haven't beaten 49ers since December 2010. But they are 4-1 against 49ers at home since 2001.

I can see the Niners winning the Super Bowl; I can just as easily see them losing at Lambeau. This should be a good game. The Packers record may not be impressive, but we all know they're much much more dangerous now that they're getting healthy.

Secondary needs to step up with Rodgers and Cobb back. And the running game needs to get going.

I'm not going to sit here and say it won't suck if we lose, it will, but it's house money now. This team has done something they had no real business doing, and whatever happens from here on out is a bonus.

They could get killed, they could ride this momentum all the way to New York. No idea. All I know is I'm happy as hell to have the chance.

Ryan threw for almost 400 yards and Palmer did throw for over 400 yards against the 49ers.

And Carlos Rogers seemed to get hurt late in the game today, heard it may be hamstring.

49ers couldn't run against the Packers in week 1. But Kap threw for over 400 yards as he saw a lot of single coverage and looked for Boldin (a bad tendency that he's still guilty of).

Weather, especially wind, snow/rain, could be a wild card. There have been both low and high-scoring games in extreme weather conditions. Some of that is due to more turnovers, some of that is due to poor tackling and exhaustion, poor footing, etc.

Winner of what should be a grueling game will have to look forward to another physical battle at Carolina or Seattle.

Wonder how the Packers will prepare for Kap. Last years playoffs he runs all over them. Then he throws for 400+ early this season.

I'm just glad to have gotten in the dance. Do I want more from this season? Absolutely! But at this point this season has been everything we could have hoped for with the number of major injuries we had.

It's great to have the annual (and twice annual in the last two years) Packers/49ers games back on the slate though. Takes me back to the good times of the 90s.
