I keep forgetting to look for the specific formation/play when I'm playing. I use the KC Chiefs playbook, and it's every RPO Alert out of any shotgun formation.

Game speed has nothing to do with it. It's either playing on varsity or putting RBA too low or a combination of both.

Lowering intentional grounding definitely keeps the QB in the pocket longer....
