I seen that a patch fix was to increase the odd of you getting traded to your favortie team. No such luck for me.

Cap Penalties Not Showing Up

I'm in year 2 of my Franchise and have made moves that would add to my following year Cap Penalties. But its staying at $0 in C.P. I have the salary cap on and haven't ran into this problem yet....
