As far as I know, if you draw it counts as a win for the draft board but it doesn't affect your quick game record. So you get to draw 2 cards but your record doesn't change. Just what I've noticed...

I think it's supposed to be the longer you go without drafting a card in your tier, the higher chance you have until eventually it's guaranteed. Sorta like Diablo 3 where if you go a certain amount...

I've gotten 2 URs in 3 boards since the update (in QG UR++). From what it sounds like, rates went up a ton. Hopefully that doesn't make this TOO easy.. I was having a good time grinding and improving...

To be honest, these players a bit too current for me. I know most are technically historical, but most are still in the league. Think I like Atlanta's players better.

I find it highly unlikely that there are all that many people installing the app or spending money for specific RC players. Odds are by the time a Denver RC rolls around the app will have been out...

We thought that was the case, but it appears it isn't. Even I just pro'd 2 Steve Nash 1-slots and the pro version ended up being 2-slot.

Dang so I can potentially draft AI? Not that I expect it to happen with these drop rates, but I'm far less disappointed now, since it's highly unlikely that the Sixers are going to beat the Celtics.

Yeah I think highest stat makes the most sense. You're generally only going to play a guy for his best stat anyway, so why not make him better at what he's best at.

Well they said it was disabled on Android's side until the iOS (and maybe Google?) update went through. So maybe they have to manually enable it, since they weren't sure exactly when the iOS update...
