It may be a little late, but there is a workaround for this.

You would have to create the 10 teams in the create a team menu. This would require you to pick logos for each team but it is possible...

I started downloading right at 12 EST. I'm seeing a little under 1 GB per 10 mins, so it should be about 2.5 to 3 hrs for the full download, if anyone was wondering.

Naw man, sorry no spreadsheet. This was done almost all on feel alone in terms of how players were rated. I watched all the contintental championships last summer and follow euroleague closely....
