Confused about the Dynasty , can anyone give me a rundown ?

I've never played a Dynasty in a NCAA football game. I tried starting a online one up ( So I can manage my team via computer ) but right at the freaking menu I got confused lol.

Simply , amazing. This is my first time playing the NCAA franchise with roster names. I can already tell this will make the game leaps and bounds better than it was.
