This the main reason I am coming with 2 roster updates per season. Probably by the end of this month, I will upload the first roster update for the 2024 MLB season.

You need to get the any of the roster updates from the links in the first post. Install it through Vita Save Manager, Apollo Save tool or any other similar tool.
