Yes, it has to be a .ros file. I think I use winRar as the program to extract the file. Then I move the .ros file onto my desktop or an easy place to find it so that I can find it when I use Horizon....

The best way to ensure the game plays as was meant by developers is to look at what teams and ratings looked like on the default roster. Then somewhat mimic those ratings. This is my opinion only,...
