Really liking these sliders as a base. Using them on Superstar with CPU difficulty at 2 and I'm getting realistic results.

So far in Be A GM with the Leafs:

It's only been one game since I made the setting change but your suggestion to bump up the CPU difficulty two-three hits produced one of the most fun games I've played in the NHL series in the past...

I have to say these sliders played a pretty good game on my first try. I was playing them with 9 minute periods and the shots were a little low (23-18 for me).
