You don't have to audible and cancel it, just audible it to the original play right before/as the animation should start. If you do before at the right time it doesn't even do the ani, if it starts...

I haven't had an issue with the no huddle fiasco because when you lineup right before the noise animation you just audible into the same play (even if it starts the animation it abruptly ends it) and...

I wish EA would make this more realistic but I have my doubts (mainly because I doubt more than 5% at most even care about this).

I've heard people that used 60 minutes to recruit and got an instant commit didn't get the time back. I've gotten instant commits with 20-30 minutes, though, and got my unused time back.

I can't remember about 1 star true freshmen but when you're a lower to mid level program (and haven't spent enough seasons to beef up your ratings/prestige) it's nice to go after the one or two star...
