There are two XBOX Live types. One free, one costs money. I don't do anything online, but I have an XBOX Live silver account, which allows me to get patches and whatnot.

PS: I'm really enjoying CC and the XP stuff, but the UI, menus and difficulty finding information is beyond frustrating.

Pushing as many units is the primary goal. Everything else is extra. Margin and Revenue are the name of the game.
