It's a generic placeholder.

Usually we get "EAST" vs "WEST" unis. Not "ALL STAR" vs "ALL STAR"

Depends on how deep you can go, I'll count the number of teams, but I'm near sure we are close to 64 teams, so you could possibly go deep with a tournament edition.
