On more change I would like to see in Franchise mode is changing the current trading system to a bidding system.

Yes to all of these. I am a franchise mode player who has yet to actually play a game (I sim the regular season and playoffs). I just want to be the GM of my franchise and not the head coach.

Because it's players like you would create unrealistic super teams and trade McDavid, Crosby, Burns, etc at 50% salary retained to your favorite team for players like Cody Franson, Ryan Clowe, Tanner...

32nd Team in Franchise Mode

When we create the 32nd team in franchise mode, is it automatically put in the central division of the western conference? Will I have the ability to realign the divisions?

I want to add a team...

How come when I go to resign my players in the very first offseason, we agree to a deal (ex. 3 yrs @ $1M) and then in my contracts screen they have different terms (ex. 1 yr @ .75M)?

Hooterz, I'm paying on the superstar level, hard gm settings. Redden is due about $6.5M per year for the next 3 years which is making it hard to trade him. I looked for teams that have salary cap...
